SJ10 satellite carrys lots of loads for space science experiments. To ensure the reliability of the load, it requires a lot of ground match experiments before the launch. This paper designs and implements a control simulation software for ground experiment, helping to complete parameter measurement and function debug.The main function of the control simulation software is to control the experiment process of load. According to the experiment process provide by researchers, the control simulation software sends specified control instructions to the load at different moments, to control the operation of motor, furnace wire and other agencies. Thus completing the experiment. The control simulation software is designed for seven loads on the satellite.From the view of use, the control simulation software has the following two highlights.First, general control. Considering reuse of the resource and saving development process,the control simulation software use general design. Seven loads use the same software.Second, the experimental procedure can be configured. To solve the problem that the experiment process is very complex to modify during the ground experiment, the control simulation software proposes and implements an control mothed that the experiment process can be configured. The mothed is using experiment flow table to hold experiment process. Users can quickly and easily replace experiment process by modifying the configuration information in the experiment flow table.Experimental results show that the control simulation software can complete the control process of each load accurately.
