With the development of space materials science experiments in China,higher requirements have been put forward for the actuators in the space material science experimental device.Compared with the stepper motor,the permanent magnet synchronous motor has higher efficiency and excellent torque performance.However,due to the large number of feedback signals of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the complicated control algorithm,a higher requirement is put forward for the control system.Based on the characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,this article gives the mathematical model of the PMSM and the principle and implementation scheme of vector control algorithm.At the same time,the simulation platform of vector control algorithm is established based on Matlab/Simulink to verify the correctness of the algorithm.In the hardware design,the PCB of the driver system which uses a FPGA as the controller and includes the signal acquisition and processing,closed-loop feedback control,motor driver and bus communication function is completed based on Cadence and the prototype production is also completed.In the software design,the design of the FPGA master system is completed based on the Xilinx Vivado design kit.In the design of the main control program,a modified M/T standardized velocity measurement is introduced to solve the real-time problem of speed measurement.At the same time,the design idea of per-unit is introduced in the design.The Q15 format standard value is adopted in the design to simplify the control system and make it easy for system migration.The function realization of each module of the main control system is given at the end.At the end of the paper,the simulation experiment of vector control algorithm and the experimental test results of permanent magnet synchronous servo system based on FPGA are given.Experiments show that the modified design can effectively control the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor.At the same time,the paper also gives the shortcomings in the current design and the subsequent improvement direction.It provides a reference design for the design of the actuator power in the future space material science experimental device.
