Nowadays, the construction of hospitals and the fee-for-service are increasingly focused by the nation. The national standard "Architectural and Design Code for General Hospital ", which is already finished its revising, will be issued soon, and in it, the concept of "general operating department" is brought forward, which will promote the development of community hospital in our country. This paper mainly deals with the matter of "the environment control of hospital general operating department", which aims to provide suitable control ideas and reasonably economically technological measurement adapt to our country's situation to further decrease the contraction cost of hospitals and its operating fees.Based on the investigations and testing, this paper firstly gets a thorough coverage on the current situation of clean operating departments and general operating rooms. With reference to amount of literatures home and abroad for the development of operating rooms and infectious control and the latest relevant standards of the advanced industrial countries, it puts forward that the general operating rooms should focus on the contact infection and decrease the airborne infections moderately. Based on the characteristics of infection bacteria and control principles of post-operation infection, this paper compared various disinfection methods, both physical and chemical, and provides an economical, reasonable and moderate disinfection methods of combining physical and chemical together to realize the environment control for general operation department. At the same time, it deals with the secondary contamination of HVAC system and its harms, and points out that the controlling of HVAC contamination source is the premise of post-operation infection control. At last, it deals with the reasonable flow direction of personnel and material, and in the premise of effective cross infection control, it simplifies the configuration and provides corresponding HVAC plan. According to the features of general operating room, it compares various air conditioning systemsand then advances proper air conditioning system scheme. By using in site hospital measuring and CFD digital simulation, it conducts economical and effectiveness analysis, and suggests using auxiliary air supply by positive pressure infiltration to decrease the supply air volume greatly.This paper puts forward environment control ideas and technological methods for general operating departments, which would greatly promote the development of general operation departments to make the hospital investment more reasonably and decrease the fee-for-service.
