We will never lose our future in current profit-Van Siemens. When we talk about the construction quality events we are reminded that it would be the consequence of material usage, equipment, technique, unskilled person, supervision, contractor’s management and so on. Till now some related laws, circulars, standards and regulations have been built up in our country. But it still gets gaps about the supervision system and the coverage of laws with the developed country. Accordingly as this consideration we must enhance our inspection and checking performance, dig deeply up the negative causes and use some corrective solutions to make the good quality during the construction.This thesis is based on the construction of Shanghai Jinshan Wanda plaza with talking about the person deployment, material supervision, machine using, method and the environment. In this thesis we will embed on the root cause of construction quality events to come up with the solution to improve the construction quality control method as regard to the technique, organization, management, economic control and other points. Nevertheless, we will also present the thinking for other relevant cooperation to make high quality result of construction performance.In this thesis we aim to the construction quality control through the study of relevant articles, the questionnaire, the analysis of examples and other ways to give the thought and results of construction quality control as the consequence of Total Quality Management deployed during the construction activities. This paper proceeds as follows:sectionl discusses the Searching and reading the articles, thesis and theories about the method and tools of quality management. And based on the current status of quality management research the crucial points as regard to the quality tools, basic quality control, method and key points. Section2 analyzes and understands the different mile stone, control tools and key factors of quality management during the whole process of construction.3. Based on the fact of Shanghai Jinshan Wanda plaza construction with the quality involvement, requirement, defect, design changing and low performance of supervision toSection3 gives the summary of this thesis. By the result of KPI setting and evaluation to summarize the quality events and solution during the construction process and prospect the orientation of construction quality management in the short future.Based on the above analysis, by planning the schedule, optimizing the organization, enhancing the coordinating and control, taking the improvement of quality management, shortening of the construction period and saving of the investment. Then it presents the good example and method to construction and development of other relevant Urban Complex.
