The level of construction project management is directly related to the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in the construction market.Strengthening engineering project management is the inevitable requirement of construction engineering development.Cost management,quality management and schedule management are the core elements of project management.Strengthening the project cost management can realize the project cost minimization on the basis of guaranteeing the quality of the project,and help to manage and control the cost of uncertainty.Strengthen the project quality management is conducive to better guarantee the people's production and life,effective guarantee sustainable development of construction enterprises,fast improving national quality,science and technology level,economic level;To strengthen the management and control of the project schedule can effectively control the investment cost of the project and ensure the completion of the project as scheduled.However,the management system of China's engineering projects is not perfect,the management level is still to be improved,and there are still some problems in the management process,which hinder the development of construction projects.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the problems in project cost management,quality management and schedule management,and propose improvement measures,so as to improve the management level of engineering projects.This paper takes the project of baishan underground comprehensive pipe gallery as an example.From cost management in the process of project management,quality management and schedule management perspective,the process of management to conduct a comprehensive analysis,found the problems existing in the management process and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.It is found that the cost management of the project cost management in baishan underground comprehensive pipeline project is not strict,the cost control is insufficient,the responsibility is not clear and the cost accounting is in the form of the problem;The quality management system is imperfect,the safety management of the construction site is hidden and the personnel quality and technical level are low.The progress management has the problems of insufficient construction experience,unscientific progress,difficulty in organization and coordination,and weak awareness of project management.Aiming at the above problems,the author puts forward the improvement measures respectively.In order to summarize the Suggestions for improvement of project management,It is of great practical significance for the construction of the project and the maximization of economic benefits.
