Study On Passenger Train Plan Of High-Speed Railway

Along with the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, the transportation organization and the passenger trains plan have been on the agenda. To lighten the transportation pressure on the existed mainlines, save the passengers’travel time and increase the social operation efficiency, it is important to study passenger train plan.The object of studying passenger train plan is not limited to the passenger train on the high-speed railway, but also refers to the train on the whole transport network. Research on passenger train plan includes category, train quantity, the stop section and running range. The paper is aimed at researching on characteristic of domestic railway dedicated passenger line, based on reading a lot of related literatures. First, the author brought up the basic principle of complying the running plan based on satisfying travel demand and benefit of the passenger transport enterprise and raised the principle of designating the train travel sections. Then the author analyzed every factor that affects the passenger train plan and pointed out the key one. Quantified the extent of the impact on key elements of change in passenger traffic and analyzed the reason.Finally, the author made a qualitative analysis and gave out the related improvements combining current passenger train plan of Wu-Guang high-speed railway.
