The high-speed electrified railway, characterized with the advantages of large transport capacity, high energy efficiency, high-speed of transportation and pollution free, has become the development direction of railways in our country. With the continually increasing of the railway traffic volume by china high-speed electrical railways, as the core and basis of high-speed railway construction, the high-speed railway electrification engineering must be based on feasible, reliable and safe construction techniques. Therefore, the research of high-speed railway electrification engineering construction techniques has received widespread attention, but still lacks in-depth and systematic research, there are many problems to explore.This paper takes the He-Ning high-speed railway electrification engineering construction as the main body, and explains the relative research of the electrification engineering construction technology step by step. First, this paper introduces the present situation and development trend of high-speed electrified railway construction in our country, and analyses its characteristics from the perspectives of power supply mode, power voltage, catenary characteristics, and explains the overview of He-Ning high-speed railways in detail.Then, from the perspectives of design and key technology of He-Ning high-speed railways, the design basis, related environmental conditions and its indexes are explained, and the constructiontechnologyandcontrolprocedures are analyzed. On the basis of introduction of the measurement, position, and basic construction, this paper highlights the technology of He-Ning high-speed railways, including pillar made whole, hard beam construction, the installation of the upper support, constant tension stringing, elastic string the calculation of the installation, as well as line bifurcation and automatic phase adjustment.Every part starts from the construction process and the specific related technologies. What’s more, the detection and measurements after the construction are analyzed, including the static detection, dynamic detection and safety, quality, environmental protection measures.Through the research of He-Ning high-speed railway electrification engineering construction technology, the relevant technology and construction process are given, and combined with specific engineering project, the comprehensive and normative aspects of high-speed railway electrification engineering construction are illustrated.
