| Schedule management, cost management, quality management is one of the three major management in project management, and the schedule and cost is a contradictory combination, their relationship is dialectical unity, to find an optimal balance between the two, is a key to create the project benefit and enterprise benefit. In the course of engineering construction, reasonable arrangement of construction schedule, the determination of reasonableconstruction period, well optimize the cost of organization construction period, the project cost management and control and the enterprise can achieve the project management of the economy benefit will have a great effect.This paper mainly discusses how to through the strengthening of project schedule and cost management and control to achieve corporate wealth maximization. This paper does a WBS structure decomposition to the activitiesof sweet scented osmanthus road B segment bridge project, developed the activity time parameters table in detail,and the use of Microsoft Office Visio 2007 rendering the network plan, on the basis of the initial preparation ofsweet scented osmanthus road bridge section B project schedule, and draw the progress schedule bar charts to show the whole process and progress of the project. Secondly, the cost of the project made the budget, through the form method to calculated the cost of each. And to develop the project department overall cost plan, cost controlflow chart was drawn, expounds the methods of cost control. Thirdly, on the basis of previous work, this paper constructs the time cost equilibrium model of linear programming by CPM method, introduced the limit cost, time cost on two aspects of the project were optimized, the project will accelerate the progress of the project. Finally, the actual construction condition and environment for the project developed a series of project organization,management, technology and risk control measures to guarantee the optimization result of progress-cost.The research results of the thesis, the reasonable and shorten the construction period, reduce the project cost,schedule and cost savings and wealth management experience in construction enterprises, and enhance the corevalue of the enterprise has the reference value. |
