| Project schedule management is an important part of enterprise project management,and key chain technology is the most widely used schedule control method in project schedule management.As long as the enterprise can properly control the schedule of the project,it can ensure the smooth completion of the project under limited time,resources,manpower and other conditions.It can even improve the economic benefits of the project,reduce costs,and bring positive impact to the enterprise operation.Project schedule management method based on the critical chain technology compared with traditional project schedule management method,not only can make up the defects of traditional management methods,and the uncertainty factors considered in the project schedule plan,in optimization of project time limit for a project at the same time,by setting the buffer absorption of project risk,make the project schedule management and control is more scientific and effective.Paper based on the critical chain S the project schedule management,first of all,the basic implementation of S project,project characteristics are analyzed,and identify the project S exist in the management of the existing schedule duration estimating,schedule planning is not reasonable,and ignore the uncertainty factors affect the project progress management problems,such as,on the basis of this puts forward S project based on the critical chain technology in the field of project schedule optimization idea;Second,the process of S project estimation of task duration,on the basis of identify the project critical path,select the link complexity,resource tensity,five main factors that influence-the S project schedule based on entropy weight method to determine its weight,and using grey correlation degree to determine the importance of the project task in each process,balance,to exist in the resource conflict problem of determining S project key chain;Then,the schedule of S project was optimized,a reasonable and effective project buffer was set to reduce the risks brought by uncertainties to S project,and the three-color buffer monitoring method was applied to the dynamic schedule monitoring management of S project,and a decision matrix table was proposed.Finally,in view of the optimized schedule of S project,specific measures are proposed from the aspects of organizational guarantee measures,management guarantee measures,technical guarantee measures and economic guarantee measures.The research results of this paper are helpful to effectively control the schedule management of Project S,ensure the smooth completion of the project,and have important reference significance for similar projects to apply key chain technology to engineering construction projects,optimize project duration,reduce project risks,and ensure the smooth completion of the project. |
