Building energy consumption is one of the three bigger energy consumption in China. It has accounted for 1/4 of the total national energy consumption. It has been the current direction and hot issue in the industry and academic circles to use informatization technology to achieve building energy consumption monitoring, energy auditing, energy consumption of the public to provide auxiliary decision to formulate relevant measures for energy conservation and emissions reduction.As an effective method of building energy consumption monitoring, the software platform of building energy consumption monitoring systems has been widely used in our country. But with the advance of China’s urbanization accelerated, and increasing demand for environmental protection and energy saving, the building energy consumption monitoring softwares have shown deficiencies in mang aspects, including: graphical display of the monitoring data is too single and boring, the lag of data exchange, independent client running, higher system maintenance cost, higher system updating workload and so on.Taking these as the breakthrough point, this thesis analyzes the basic structure of the existing building energy consumption and the things which need to improve, and puts forward a kind of the Web graphical building energy consumption monitoring system based on B/S architecture. The system is running in the Web environment and it can display the real-time data monitoring of the building energy consumption and provide data interaction. This system provides the function of panoramic monitor energy consumption, the report of building energy consumption, energy consumption data analysis, monitoring of the system running state, system parameter setting. Users can achieve remote visit to the web site and acquire the information of the building energy consumption and the state of the systems in the buildings and they can formulate corresponding energy saving strategies.Based on the above, the main works are designed and implemented in this thesis as the following:① It uses SVG graphics as a panoramic map of the building energy consumption, and provides thw way of map scaling and translation;② It uses the graphical technology to represent the power supply wiring diagram and air conditioning wiring diagram, show the system’s energy consumption and devices’ consumption, and based on data-driven to show the system’s running State;③ It provides users the comparison and analysis of the building energy consumption data, and helps the building managers to make prediction of the building energy consumption and formulate relevant measures for energy conservation;④ According to the real-time requirement of the building systems, and compared with the traditional ways:polling, long polling and so on, it uses HTML5 Web Socket technology to achieve real-time data pushing;⑤ According to the actual needs, it makes some research and development based on the Highcharts graphics library, and shows the building energy consumption data in rich graphical ways through the Web, and provides the building energy consumption report of different periods.According to the technology standard of the control engineering and software engineering, this thesis systematically introduces the design and implementation of a Web graphical building energy consumption monitoring system, and this system has been applied in the building of the coastal areas.
