The Research Of City Gas Pipeline Net Safe Management System

With the wide use and development of the city gas, the fire and explosion accidents of city gas have increased a lot correspondingly. The system safety analysis and risk assessment of town gas is helpful not only in preventing these accidents from happening and reducing the loss of the accidents, but also in realizing the aim of hazard reduction of the city. In this dissertation, on the condition of absence of the comprehensive safety assessment system of gas transmission and distribution networks at present, the pattern composed of reliability evaluation, based-risk management and integrity management is introduced into safety control measures of gas transmission and distribution networks with reference to the foreign and domestic result in this field., and put forward a method that is suitable for our country. What's more, the City Gas Safe Management System software had been developed. This paper has five sections:1. It introduced the status of the status, trend and system info of risk management. And the integrated matter-arrangement of Risk Management had been given from the viewpoint of system engineering. The Risk Analysis, Risk Evaluation and Risk Control of city gas had been detailed according to the matter-arrangement framework.2. Cause and existing matters of city gas accidents are analyzed systematically. The method of fault tree analysis and hazard source analysis is put forward and the indexes of city gas risk assessment are established.3. Based on the comprehensive utilization of many references and deep investigations and researches, accident data base and risk assessment factor systems have been established. The risk control decision has been given, too.4. The application process that index risk assessment and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method are applied to safe management of city gas pipeline is given.5. A soft ware for safe management is developed.
