Heavy driving is the major cause of traffic accidents, attributed the main reason is "people" caused; exhaust emission is caused by the wide use of internal combustion engine. Therefore to liberate driver from driving and at the same time to promote the use of new energy vehicles can effectively solve these two problems; Electric vehicles based automatic driving platform is developed in line with the analysis above.Construction of electric test platform is the basis of this study. Designed in accordance with relevant manufacturing standard and market demand analysis, small electric car is taken as the automatic driving platform. Design requirements are raised in accordance with the expecting functions of automatic driving technology. The basic performance of the electric vehicles is tested entirely.The autopilot system is divided into: lane and path identification systems, automatic steering control systems, automatic braking systems, driving control system and other subsystems. After the integration of control method of each subsystem, rational vertical and horizontal structure in the entire the vehicle is planned. Select the appropriate control method in accordance with the hardware configuration of each system and the physical quantity to be controlled. Automatic braking systems, the selected control "pedal position" after the physical quantity, selection fader control the brake master cylinder motor as a power source, set the automatic braking system Two braking emergency and non-emergency conditions; wave PWM control with speed control method pusher motor speed; automatic steering system uses fuzzy control; lane and path identification system using image processing methods to fit the morphology lane.Autopilot systems for automatic emergency braking system, non-emergency braking condition are tested; the parking brake function test.
