| The AC drive and control technology has been widespread application in the traction drive system of rail vehicles.Many domestic and foreign research institutions or departments generally use a kind of "energy crossfeed" structure test platform in the AC drive system research and development and production process.To manufacture the AC drive system,checking the traction characteristics and electrical braking characteristic.In addition,the operation and maintenance of the test department needs to have a test system to test the components,calibration and identification.this paper established a bus control system based on fieldbus technology.Firstly,in the study of several existing drive test platform structure of the program at home and abroad,this paper is to build on the traction/brake test platform in accordance with the "energy crossfeed" program was the structural design.The test platform is composed of the Hardware-under-test,the Support testing System and the control system.The Hardware-under-test of bus control system using MVB standard,to come true the simulation of train network control.Whole traction/brake test platform in accordance with traction,electrical braking condition of urban rail vehicles and trunk railway trains traction run.It can satisfy the requirement of developing AC traction drive and brake control system.Second,after determining the structure of the traction/brake test platform this paper analysed the functional requirements of the test platform and operating mode,and designed the topology of the traction/brake test platform’s bus control system,and in accordance with the topology of the bus control system hardware is designed.Based on the hardware of the bus control system,this paper designed the bus control system software by using the STEP7 and PLC_Config development environment.It can control the run of the traction/brake test platform by calling the communication program.The interactive interface can do the MVB bus control test,AC traction characteristics test,electrical braking characteristic test,and Dynamic test.Finally,this paper used the traction/brake test platform to proving the bus control system by using computer systems. |
