Agent is a new project management system with the development of changes in investment and construction projects at different stages of formation. Thus, from the perspective of combining theory and practice construction defects in project management and contract management through improving the build contract with the Government investment project construction management system aims "to maximize the benefits of the project company".The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1) Reference of Chinese and foreign literature, research study on contract management of agent construction background, discuss the necessity of project construction contract management of Government.(2) Introduction to the management mode of government construction projects. Is the main research contents of this chapter contains two parts, the first section describes the generation of construction engineering construction management, this paper briefly expounds the development of construction agent system in the legitimacy of our country, the actual operation mode and construction mode, the second section contract theory introduced from different angles such as project contractor, supervision engineers point of discussion on behalf of the construction project contract management, and values of the contract management.(3) Research on the organization form of contract management for the construction projects of construction projects.
