According to the current energy situation,we must implement energy-saving emission reduction to achieve sustainable development.Building energy consumption accounted for the total share of society's total energy consumption is 26.7%.With the implementation of the "13th Five-Year" strategic planning,urban and rural integration gradually formed,the commercial economy continues to develop,there have been a large number of commercial office buildings,commercial office building energy consumption share also gradually increased.In the process of achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in China,we should reduce the energy consumption of commercial office buildings as a key point,and improving the standard value of commercial office building energy consumption is an effective way to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.Since July 2015,carrying out commercial office building energy consumption research and statistical work in 17 urban districts in Shandong Province,a total of 212 business buildings were surveyed by means of sample survey.The main contents of the survey include the basic information of the building,the use of building functions and mode of operation,building energy consumption and related expenses.Conducting research review to ensure the overall accuracy of the data.Taking the city C in Shandong Province as an example,the results of the survey are introduced in detail.In this paper,building energy simulation software EnergyPlus?DeST?TRNSYS?DOE-2 were compared and studied in detail.The energy consumption analysis method is used as the core of the DeST-c software to simulate the energy consumption of commercial office buildings,The standard building model is established,and the basic conditions such as meteorological parameters,enclosure structure,air conditioning system and other energy consumption system are simulated,and the simulation results are derived and analyzed.The total energy consumption of the building is 809,700 kWh /a,the electricity consumption accounts for 92.5% of the total energy consumption,air conditioning energy consumption,lighting energy consumption accounted for 34.20% of the total power consumption,33.71%.In the compilation method of statistical quota,the quota level method can reflect the actual energy level more accurately than the average method,the quadratic average method and the regression analysis method.Thus,The quota level method is used to determine the statistical quota.City C air conditioning heating office building energy consumption constraint index value of 102.98 kWh/(m2.a),advanced index value of 60.70 kWh/(m2.a);city C municipal heating or boiler heating commercial office building energy consumption constraint index value is 85.07 kWh/(m2.a),the advanced index value of 55.86 kWh/(m2.a),the heating energy consumption constraint index 10.2 kgce/(m2.a),the advanced index value of 6.3 kgce/(m2.a).To determine the value of the standard of energy consumption of commercial office buildings in different cities in Shandong Province,according to relevant national laws and regulations,national standards,industry standards,local standards,and in accordance with fairness,rationality,effectiveness,scientific principles,the results of the DeST-c simulation and the investigation are compared.When the actual strength of the building deviates from the standard intensity,it is necessary to modify the building energy consumption quota.This paper divides the carbon emissions of buildings into physical and chemical stages of construction,operation and maintenance phases,and demolition of carbon.Operation and maintenance phase of carbon emissions accounted for a larger share is about 60% ~ 80%.In the study of carbon emission calculation,the carbon emission coefficient has a strong authority and operability.Carbon emission coefficient method was used to obtain the carbon emissions of a commercial office building in Shandong Province,which was 4.14? 410 tCO2,and the total carbon emissions of the commercial office building in the whole life cycle was estimated to be 5.175? 410 t CO2.
