Study On Community Participation Residential Environment Renovation Influence Factors Of Floating Population Residential Area In Beijing

Under the background of rapid urbanization, Large numbers of people in rural areas and small cities flows to major cities, which leads to ploating population residential area as a common phenomenon in large cities. On the one hand, the floating population of metropolitan development has provided sufficient labor, on the other hand, a large number of low-income floating population live in the corner areas of the city, such as dilapidated old residential areas, villages or other places. There are serious problems of living environment in these areas. For people-oriented concept, in recent years, major cities are carried out on the environmental remediation and renovation project for low-income communities of floating population, and in the process they started using community participation mode which based on public participation. In the practice of the transformation of some developed areas, Transformation model has been gradually transformed from government-led mode into participation mode, which includes government, communities and developers. This model has achieved good results in these areas. However, the pattern is still uncertain whether it can adapt to present situation of floating population residential area in Beijing. Therefore, this article is intended to demonstrate "Community Participation" reform model for the current situation of the applicability of floating population community in Beijing, so as to clarify the conditions which impact community participation’s level.This paper research on theoretically relationship by residential environment renovation of floating population residential area and public participation, combined with some cases of community involvement and public participation in renewal in law practice, specific research three cases in Beijing, to analyze community participation mode which is more and more attention in the residential environment renovation of floating population residential area. On the basis, we summed up strategies and recommendations that community participation mode applies to residential environment renovation of floating population residential area in Beijing, aims to establish a theoretical model of local-type "community participation" programming model.The article is divided into seven parts:The first chapter of introduction, which presents the background, purpose and significance of this study to determine the ideas and methods of the study, developing a research framework. Briefly summarized the relevant research trends.The second chapter of theoretical research, sort the theoretical research results, including related concepts, basic research on the floating population residential area and basic research on community participation. Theoretically analyze the factors that affect community participation in the process of floating population community to improve the residential environment.The third chapter of practice section, select some cases of communities at home and abroad. Analyze their transformation background, extent and effectiveness of the participation of renovation, analyze the factors that affect community participation in the process of floating population community to improve the residential environment from the practice.The fourth chapter of the Beijing case study, analysis the characteristics and causes of Beijing’s floating population, investigates the foundation conditions of various types of residential areas in Beijing, and researches the renovation mode of these floating population community in Beijing. Analyze the factors that affect community participation in the process of floating population community residential environment renovation in Beijing.The fifth chapter is summarized analysis section, analysis the external and internal factors that affect community participation in the process of floating population community residential environment renovation in Beijing, which includes all aspects of policy, economy, population, community organizations, residents cognition. Then proposed some strategies and recommendations about community participation mode applies to residential environment renovation in Beijing current market situation.The final chapter is a summary of the paper. It outlines the conditions of community participation mode applies to residential environment renovation in floating population residential area in Beijing, and made some recommendations to promote this mode.The research results will have some reference value in residential environment renovation of low-income floating population residential area in the future, and help to promote community participation in the Beijing floating population community to improve the residential environment for development.
