Research On The Renewal Of Old Residential Area In Changchun Under The Change Of Population Structure

With the strengthening of the market economic system reform and speed up city transformation in our country,the economy developed eastern,central,west,northeast regional economic development pattern plate and four urban-rural dual structure,which makes the population began to flow from times developed areas to developed areas,the large-scale population flow moving to the city center.Under such changes,the problem of incoordination between urban material environment,social environment and population structure is becoming increasingly prominent.The transition of urban development in China emphasizes the construction of material environment,while neglecting the coordination with population and the solution of urban social problems,which leads to the indirect coupling state between urban residential environment and population structure.In the common possession of a certain physical space or geographical area of the community,that is,the old residential community social group,is always ignored by the urban society and not paid attention to,the phenomenon of neighborhood indifference.Urban renewal is an important research topic in recent years.The renewal of old residential areas is an important measure of people’s livelihood to realize urban organic renewal and shared development.While the material environment is obviously improved,the renewal of the old residential areas also depends on the transformation of the population structure to a certain extent,which also contains the rupture of the local context,the destruction of the original social network,the differentiation of the living space,the marginalization of low-income groups and other serious problems.Thus derived from the residential isolation,the lack of neighborhood communication brought about by the deterioration of the residential environment and the physical environment and social environment of the current situation of the problem,to seek the old residential environment renewal methods and strategies are imminent.In this paper,on the basis of defining the related concepts,from the population structure of Changchun city center,Changchun first studied the change of population structure under different factors and the development of urban residential district construction condition,by the number of Changchun national census bulletin of Changchun city changes in population structure are analyzed and discussed,and then use statistics to describe the structure of Changchun city population distribution,studied the natural population structure,social structure and regional structure and the link between the urban residential environment construction and its influence,Through field investigation of the environmental problems raised by different types of people in the old residential areas and targeted strategy discussion,to meet the needs of all kinds of people.From the relationship between human and environment,interactions and the perspective of the relationship of the old residential areas updating the development strategy of the physical environment and social environment,to update old urban residential area constantly enrich theory knowledge,for residential update policy to provide more valuable reference,to update old residential areas to provide more intuitive to the practice in our country.
