The Research On The Association Space Design Of The Block-Type Commercial Complex

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of urban land price, a number of cities have gradually in transition from the phase of rapid expansion to the phase of renewal and improvement within urban areas. There are many contradictions between city’s need for commercial space and the supply of urban land market, thus more intensive commercial integrated space is in urgent need so as to make the most efficient use of urban space while gathering together people. In the big data age, the online business model has exerted enormous impact on the offline business model, forcing commercial complex put more attention on interactional and experiential consumption pattern, thus one-stop commercial complex with distinctive themes become a new trend. In the face of large areas of extensive construction of commercial complex over the years, we need to remain calm and analyze the situation rationally and objectively so as to come up with solutions regarding planning and design in accordance with the rule. Titled “The Studies on Incident Space Design in Block-style Commercial Complex”, this paper focuses on the incident spaces of block-style commercial complex in the center of large and medium-sized cities, and explores the function, streamline construction and space elements of incident spaces in block-style commercial complex. This paper also analyzes the component, effect, characteristics of incident space and discusses the theory basis of design and influencing factors of design, and puts forward the design strategies of incident space in commercial complex from the aspects of city, building and environment.
