Research On Flow Space Of Block-type Commercial Complex Based On Consumer Behavior

Types of commercial buildings are constantly updated as the consumption level,patterns,concept improving rapidly.The block-type commercial complex with open configuration is the most important one,which has huge dynamic and commercial value,has become the social and academic hotspots.The research subject of this paper is the main users of space-consumers,and the research object is limited to flow space.This paper study the actual use of the flow space of typical block-type commercial complex with Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE),combined with internet world-of-mouth evaluation,behavior-space evaluation,psychology evaluation,Space Syntax and so on.This paper can be divided into five parts :Part 1 Space analysis and classification : select the typical case after screening all block-type commercial complex,then classify the space according to spatial function and boundary,as the basis of follow-up study.Part 2 Approach on consumers’ spatial behavior : collect consumers behavior date by means of various methods : web crawler extract consumers’ date on internet,UAV aerial video,questionnaire investigation and so on.Then analysis the consumers’ behavior date with date visualization,general theory of statistics,Q-analysis.Part 3 Approach on consumers’ spatial psychology comfort : induce the main factors affecting comfort with factor analysis method and quantify comfort factor with analytic hierarchy process.Part 4 Approach on behavior prediction : use space syntax and scripting to analysis the flow space real-time,and combine the key factors of POE,to predict,qualify and quantify aspects of human behavior of different design proposals.Part 5 Summary...
