The Research Of Public Classroom Of Beijing’s Colleges And Universities On The Architectural Planning And Design

In the face of expanding enrollment scale and high speed construction of colleges and universities, the public classroom design needs to be rapid reform. Meanwhile the editing and revision of the Code of Building Design also needs to be rapid reform. Under such background, my thesis will make an investigation of the architectural planning and design of public classroom of colleges and universities which regards public classroom of colleges and universities of Beijing as the object of study.First, the thesis focuses on the quantitative indicators to analyze the importance of the construction planning, and then researches the development and the principles of space index generated by colleges and universities in all countries.At the same time, its analysis starts with the classroom domestic space index which raises the utilization ratio of university classroom and classroom experience of students.Second, though the investigations of the students’ classroom condition and corresponding analysis, the thesis points out somereasonable reform of classrooms, and points out the revision advises of the Code of Building Design.Finally, the thesis puts forward correction possible to the type of college classroom, the classroom utilization, the classroom index and the classroom space, and provides a reference for development of the architectural planning and design of public classroom of colleges and universities of China.
