Research About Architectural Design In The Industrial Park By BIM Technology Application

This thesis aims at researching architectural design with BIM technology application in the industrial park. After learning the BIM technology theory and researching the BIM technology application case. The author reduced to practice on Liando U Valley Industrial Park in Pinggu District in Beijing, and then proposed a solution about architectural design with BIM technology application in the industrial park.The first part of this thesis researches the case about the BIM technology application in the domestic. and finds out the reason for the BIM technology application promote slowly. then points out the most effective mode is the owner to manage the BIM technology application.Second, this article sum up the designing principles about the industrial park of Liando. and analysis of the applicability of the BIM technology application in the industrial parkFinally, this thesis demonstrates the designing principles and the method. through the application in the Liando U Valley Industrial Park in Pinggu District in Beijing.
