With the development of China's economy and society and the acceleration of the urbanization strategy,the necessity of the construction industry to improve the living environment and improve the quality of life is increasingly obvious.At present,China is still adopting a traditional “extensive” construction model,with serious ecological damage,low resource utilization,and rising labor costs.The traditional construction method needs to be transformed,and the renewal of construction technology is driving the residential industry to industrialization.The direction of integration,ecology and greening is moving forward.However,in the process of industrialized residential development,the degree of modularization is low,the work platform and working mode cannot meet the requirements of multi-sector multi-disciplinary collaborative work,and the advantages of industrialization are not fully exerted.Therefore,this paper uses BIM technology as a platform to conduct in-depth research on the modular design method of industrialized residential buildings in China.The thesis is divided into seven chapters.The main contents are as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction.Firstly,the research background of industrialized residential modularization and BIM technology development is discussed.It analyzes the development status at home and abroad,puts forward the research content,and briefly expounds the research methods,research framework and research significance.The second chapter: Through reading a large number of literatures and in-depth analysis of the development process of industrialized houses and BIMs at home and abroad,it is clear that modularity is the premise of industrialization development,and the application of BIM technology in industrialized houses is elaborated.Based on the modular design concept,the residential module system is divided into three levels,the first level is the set module,the second level is the single function module,and the third level is the part module.Starting from the third chapter,each for each The level modules are based on their own different focuses,and carry out in-depth analysis and research.The third chapter: the parts module,focusing on the classification of components,the modulus system,the interface and the component module design based on BIM platform;the fourth chapter: the key introduction Functional modules,in-depth analysis of design functions,functional positioning,etc.for different functions in the housing set,combined with design concerns,determine the size and layout of each module,specifically based on kitchen and bathroom modules,in-depth analysis.Finally,the standardized design of the functional modules based on the BIM platform is described.Chapter 5: Focus on the introduction of the module,firstly determine the leading factor of the module is the customer,combined with the in-depth analysis of the customer group,in-depth analysis of the typical set of 90-130m2 interval on the market,and draw a set Modular design method and combination method.At the same time,the research on the adaptability of the sleeve is proposed,and the solution is given to how to ensure the flexibility of the sleeve under the premise of modular design.Finally,combined with the traffic core module,a variety of standard layer modules are given.At the same time,the design and application of BIM in the module and standard layer module are given at the end of this chapter.This paper explores the modular design method of industrialized houses from the combination of parts modules,single function modules,and sets of modules,to the combination of residential standard layers,and finally to the entire floor.Chapter 6: This paper takes the actual residential project in Xi'an as an example,and discusses in detail the residential modular design method,the application of BIM technology in the whole project and the application and improvement of industrial technology in the project.Chapter VII: Summary and Outlook.The paper summarizes the content of the full text,and the conclusions of the general research suggest that the research is insufficient,and the development of the research work is expected.
