A Study On Construction Of Precast Concrete Stairs-Using In Industrialized Residence

The concept of industrialized residence has a long history.Moreover,it has progressed in our country for more than half a century.In China,industrialized residence has a history from prevalence to decline.But in recent years,as the development of realty industry,industrialized residence grows very fast.It has a great market and the government pays more and more attention on it because of its time saving,controllable quality,energy saving and environmental protection.With the large number of research findings,the industrialized residence technology becomes more and more advanced.No matter its safety performance or comfort index enjoys a higher level than traditional residence.The technology of industrialized residence transforms from rough to detailed.However,as my research,we have no systematic study of the structure technology in the area of stairs of industrialized residence.The history of stairs almost shows us the history of architecture.Stairs can reflect the style,the construction methods and technical level in each period.The quality of a building can be greatly improved by a set of stairs that convenient,reasonable in the style and easy to construct.So,the systematic study of stairs using in residential industrialization is very important.As my research,the one which own the most mature technology is precast concrete residence,and it also consistents with our country and has a bright outlook.So,the key point of this paper becomes to find the equitable structure of precast concrete stairs.The basic structure of this paper is from generalization to details.At first,the paper summarizes the dates using in stair design and the components of each stairs.Then,the paper summarized the basic structure type of stairs to find out which one is suitable for precast concrete residence.After that,I research the basic connection methed, the component and material and the specific structure.The advantage and weakness of each structure are discussed in this part.Then,I research every technical details using in each kind of precast concrete stairs. In the next part,I find the special technology of precast concrete stairs in production,transportation and installation.Then,I test the points in my paper with a real project which I participate in.At the last chapter,I conclude the principle of architecture design,structure design and the construction process using in stairs of industrialized residence.As the end,I Summarize the innovation points and put forward the deficiencies in this paper.
