Research On Quality Management Of IC Foundry Construction Project In CISEMI

As the core of industry of information technology, the industry of integrated circuit have the great-leap-forward development in recent years. Also, government support the development via the policies and action. Many project of foundry launch were supported. The process of building foundry is complex, it involve a mount of new professional technology, new structural material. Also, the project quality is related to the construction department and management level during the construction period. However, he management is obsolete of the project of foundry launched. For the advanced management, the contract department lack the application experience. So many potential project quality exposed the period of foundry start-up, which will cause the delay of mass product delay and terrible run for long term. So, it is quite significant to study on quality management of the foundry launch project.As the study example, the paper will focus on the quality management of foundry launch in CISEMI company. First, check the project status base on project structure, construction department and project process control. Then investigate the cooperative relation among owner of project, management company, design, EPC contractor and supervisor organization. Compare the investigate result with quality management system and quality control process to find the potential issue. Final, further investigate the outer factors which impacted the project quality, point out the question and take the corrective action.The view of this document base on total quality management, the study object involved total project process, it break the traditional management following the project phase. Also, the document highlight the target of quality management for project construction, strengthen the environmental management and prevention plan, improve the project organization structure and responsibilities, strengthen the quality control from the owner site, perform the incentive system, which will guarantee the quality of total project of IC foundry construction and as the reference for other similar project.
