A Study On Quality Management About Office Building M&E Engineering Project Of H Company

This thesis is based on H company office building M&E engineering project quality management with implementing revolved knowledge and theory of project quality man-agement.From the view of construction enterprise,this thesis did further research on qual-ity plan,quality assurance and quality control based on project character.The thesis introduces the basic situation and points out the character about the M&E engineering project of H company office building in the first.According to the actual situ-ation of the project,construction enterprise started to work on the suitable quality planning.During this stage,following results were created,such as the quality planning basis,qual-ity management principles,project organization structure,estimating all kinds of re-source's quantity required by project,and also WBS,and process plan.At this time,a completed project quality management plan was created.With the support of project management plan,the construction enterprise took various measures on quality assurance of office building M&E project,including organization design,management system.The quality assurance activities were implemented during the whole process of office building M&E construction.Quality control was divided into three stages.They are advance con-trol,process control and afterwards control.Each stage analyses 4M1E including man,machine,material,method and environment.In this stage project team should focus on advance control and process control.In the inspection process,analyze the root cause and correct the problem according to official procedure.After evaluated by Quality committee,the Quality management of this project is successful.The result of the thesis shows that,through the research of quality management of H company office building M&E project,the project management level of construction en-terprise was improved while completed the project,and also trained a skilled project team with sufficient theory knowledge,which accumulated lots of valuable experience of pro-ject quality management for future similar projects.Therefore,there is a special signifi-cance for researching of the quality management of this project.
