The Research Of Jilin Province High Performance Asphalt Pavement Crack Repair Application Technology

The cracks of asphalt concrete pavement should be timely repaired, in order to prevent rain and other sundries coming into the pavement structure and subgrade along the crack, decreasing the bearing capacity of pavement, accelerating the local or patchy damage of pavement.Mainly according the technical indicators of foreign products such as claf sealant, the project put forward the adhesion test index and experiment method, improves test equipment. According to the different situation of early damage of highway in cold regions, the different production technology of the road crack repaired material, in view of the different characteristics, the project developed the crack sealing materials. Materials detection index is proposed for the first time. The properties of the materials developed by the project of especially low temperature flexibility (ductility) and adhesive is superior to the existing similar products at home and abroad, especially suitable for low temperature climate condition of northeast area, but the price is only about 80% of similar products abroad.According to the climatic features of Jilin Province, the thesis developed a seam filling products, determined material technology standards of Jilin Province and the crack width and groove width calculation method. Combined with the asphalt crack filling material characteristics of the Jilin Province expressway pavement, the project first proposed the test method and technical index of the tensile test pouring material adhesion and the test method of gap filling adhesive overflow rate. The influencing factors of pouring process are studied, putting forward the new suture material effect evaluation index with asphalt pavement. Summarized the grouting experience of test section, the thesis formulated the pouring material application and construction technology guide of Jilin Province highway.
