In the process of rapid urbanization in China, the development level of transport tends to decide the development degree of various events in cities, such as economy, society, and culture. As the backbone of transport network, the railway plays a significantly important role in regional urbanization development. As the emerging power of railway transportation, the construction and development of high-speed railway has a historical significance and has a great effect on peopleā€™e life. Many cities start to incorporate the construction of high-speed railway station into an important project of new round of urban plan, which has an extremely complicated effect on region, cities and towns and regions around the station. In this thesis, it is based on the research case will be Dalian, Anshan and Shenyang high-speed railway station along Liaoning in Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway station to analyze and compare the effect of high-speed railway station and on the development of regional urbanization, and cross-scale and multi-factor effect on the development of urban space and life quality of local citizens. Thus, it proposes corresponding planning strategy for the coordinated development of high-speed railway and regional urbanization.Based on the relevant theory of regional transportation and urban transportation and by way of literature research, survey and interview, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the effect of the construction of Dalian, Anshan and Shenyang high-speed railway station along Harbin-Dalian High-speed railway on the development of regional urbanization is studies and compared from the station scale, local scale and regional scale. It obtained through analysis:on the one hand, in city level, although the construction space and land use surrounding the high-speed railway station has changed and upgraded in the effect of high-speed railway catalyst, it improves the accessibility and attraction of urban space, and also leads to negative effect of local space dissimilation of parts of cities;The living environment of the local residents is affected by the construction of high-speed railway station and has changed to some degree and their life quality has improved to some degree. However, because of inconsideration during the policy implementation, it still causes some psychological illness and living predicament.on the other hand, in regional level, the construction of high-speed railway station stimulates the rapid circulation of a large number of external resources in wider scope and realizes effective connection and integration between regions and towns. While, the social economic network presents different degrees of differences in different regional conditions of high-speed railway stations; Finally, on the basis of the conclusion above, several thoughts and corresponding solutions are proposed from the level of material space and non-material space.
