Comparison And Selection Of Site Selection Of High-speed Railway Stations And Development Of Its Neighboring Areas-Planning Guidance Research

High-speed railway as a modern means of transport,it is known as fast,efficient,comfortable and convenient.The development of high-speed railway greatly shortened the distance between cities,led to the development of related industries,and then changed the spatial structure of cities.In recent years,the development of China's high-speed railway construction is fast,and it will still be the focus of China's railway construction in a long period of time.Within the city,the surrounding area of high-speed rail station has become a very dynamic area of urban development,new towns caused by the construction of high-speed railway station will also be an endless stream.High-speed railway station in the city's status is very important,often become a city distribution center,commercial,business and service center.This paper mainly introduces the planning and construction of some high-speed railway stations in typical areas in domestic and abroad,combined with Huai'an's high-speed railway,Huai-Yan high-speed railway,Huai'an East Railway Station and the surrounding areas' planning,which have been re-located due to the construction of high-speed railway,this paper analyzes the influence of the location of high-speed rail hub station on urban and regional development from the development of high-speed rail and the overall urban planning and the development of high-speed rail station and the surrounding areas.It is pointed out that the location of high-speed railway station should be rationally determined according to the characteristics of city location and the city scale.It is necessary to scientifically optimize and implement the land use planning of high-speed railway station and combine with the requirements of urban development strategy to make the surrounding area of high-speed railway station become a city gateway and traffic nodes with regional characteristics.This paper is aimed to provide a number of constructive views for the construction of high-speed rail New Town in Huai'an.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction(t he first chapter)and the review part(chapter two).First of all,this paper clear ly defines the background,purpose and significance of this study,and then cla rifles the research methods and objects of this paper,defines the related conce pts,and points out the innovation and emphasis in this paper.Then,it introduc es the development process and development status of domestic and foreign w ell-known typical high-speed railway stations and their surrounding areas,su mmarizes domestic and international research on spatial layout planning of hi gh-speed railway stations,and summarizes the scale of high-speed railway sta tions,high-speed railway station location types,and relationships with the surrounding areas.The second part(chapter three)is the core part of this paper,and the pr ocess of site selection of Huai'an high-speed railway station is mainly reviewe d and analyzed.Meanwhile,the three selection schemes are selected from high-speed railway station and urban structure,industry development and urban tr affic.Comprehensive evaluation of the selection and selection,and the final 1 ocation of the program(the new Huai'an East Station)the advantages and disa dvantages of a comprehensive evaluation.The third part(chapter four)analyzes the Huai'an high-speed railway s tation area spatial planning plan(Huai'an high-speed rail new district urban de sign),proposes the Huai'an high-speed railway station surrounding area plann ing construction guidance strategy and the suggestion.The fourth part(chapter five)summarizes the research conclusion,points out the shortcomings,and looks into the future research direction.
