The development of market economy must be based on the support of energy. Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy develops rapidly, accordingly, energy demand becomes more and more great. The consumption of fossil fuel energy brings a series of problems, the most important is the emission and environment pollution. Therefore, natural gas quickly becomes the representative of new clean energy because of its characteristics, like large capacity storage, cleaning, security, less pollution, less emissions etc. The transportation of natural gas is mainly dependent on the pipeline and shipping. While human is a vital factor in marine transportation, so training is imperative for LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) maritime personnel. Out of consideration for the overall safety of LNG terminals and ships, LNG maritime personnel are mandatory requirement of the training by simulator. So, the development of LNG marine training system and the evaluation of training effect, become the core task of personnel to improve the overall quality of seaman.It is the basis of scientific evaluation to make assessment of human behavior, and make the randomness and fuzziness of concepts in natural language. Based on qualitative and quantitative problems, this thesis applies cloud model to the LNG ship training evaluation. With LNG ship operation manual and expert experience knowledge, cloud model generates evaluation indexes to make the evaluation results more comprehensive.In this thesis, the author analyzed and studied evaluation method of system, used Visual Studio 2012 and SQL Server 2008 programming tools to implement the evaluation of system. The results show that, the evaluation model can effectively solve the randomness and fuzziness of evaluation objects, and the evaluation results are not only more intuitive, flexible, scientific, but also according with the human thinking habits.
