Research Of Comprehensive Assessing For The Operating Of Cargo Oil Handling Of Modern Large Tanker

Based on the former work, this article developed a non-numerical value model for the operating of cargo oil handling of tanker at the first, which is used to assess object, sequence and opportunity of the students' operation. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive assessment, this article developed a comprehensive assessing system for the operating of cargo oil handling of tankers in order to assess the training of simulated operating of the students. This article describes the method of establishing the index of assessing, the establishment of every index's function, the course of establishing the model of fuzzy mathematics and the principle of allotment of the weighted quotient. Through the experiment of the simulated assessment, it is proved that the assessing model has high quality of accuracy and has excellent practical value. At the last, using the developments programming, this article developed the best control of time-energy's numerical model, which is used to guide the whole process of cargo oil handling of tanker.
