Winter-friendly Concept Of The Study On The Public Space Design Of Residential Areas In Changchun City

With the continuous improvement of people’s standard of living, the demand for high quality public space environment in live areas also increases. Especially in Winter, under the influence of cold climate, the use of residential public space rate is greatly reduced since there is no way to attract and support residents’ daily activities and social interaction. Therefore, strengthen the research on the design of public space settlements in Changchun City is of great significance to improve the quality of life of residents.Taking respecting the cold winter climate characteristic of cold area as background, and the model of human behavior as starting point, the aim of the paper is to improve the micro-climate of living space, create a warm and comfortable environment, encourage and support people in outdoor activities and social interactions, then reach the goals of creating a winter-friendly public space in Changchun City, what follow next is enhancing the quality of life settlements. Content of the paper is divided into four chapters, as follows:First part introduces the topic of the research background, purpose, meaning and ideas, and makes an analysis of research status of public space in settlements, and describes the definition of research methods and related.Second part is discussing the related theory of cold climate and human behavior in cold climates and theories of human behavior patterns, which put forward the theoretical research of the idea of public space design in cold city under the concept of friendly Winter.Third part is mainly play emphases on the investigation of Changchun City residential area, including temperature test of residential public space micro climate, questionnaire research of residential users, and analyze the existing problems in public spaces of Changchun City mainly from the three aspects of guiding the micro climate protection, cultural activities, psychological construction, which has great practical significance to the following purpose of winter friendly settlements public space design strategy.IV part is mainly put forward the design principles and design strategies of Changchun City residential public space. From three aspects of micro climate protection, cultural activities and psychological guidance, make a research on residential public space design strategy to create a cold region culture characteristic of winter friendly public space, thus provide residents a warm and comfortable environment for outdoor activities and social interaction, and then activate the vitality and vigor in cold regions of Changchun City residential public space.Through the full text of exposition, I hope to provide a theoretical support for public space planning and design for Changchun municipal construction, and cause resonance and attention of the relevant professionals.
