Analysis On The Suitability Of The Old City Micro Public Space In Winter And Research On The Planning Strategy

The old city is facing the problems of large population density,high degree of aging,large building density,lack of public space.Microspace has the characteristics of carrying people ' s daily activities,maintaining the authenticity of life style and convenient use.It can not only promote the rational use of the old city corners and alleviate the problem of insufficient urban public space;Can also carry the elderly outdoor leisure activities,enhance the health and mental health of the elderly.At the same time,the winter climate is very cold,and the elderly have the demand for outdoor leisure.However,the spatial range of their leisure activities will be reduced on the original basis,and the characteristics of micro-public space close to home are agreeable to the properties of the elderly ' s winter travel.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of the suitability of the micro-public space in the old city in winter,summarize the typical spatial pattern,and then put forward the targeted planning strategy.In terms of research methods,this paper constructs a method to analyze the aging factors of micro-public space in old cities in winter.From the two aspects of overall layout and place quality,the evaluation indexes are selected from four dimensions of safety,accessibility,comfort and communication.The twostep mobile search method,gis spatial analysis method,scstream wind environment analysis method are used to quantitatively analyze each factor.Finally,the quantitative factors are summarized and analyzed by spss correlation analysis and typology method.The study found that at the overall layout level,activities safety,convenience of public toilets,convenience of vegetable market,convenience of school,small winter monsoon and spatial interaction were significantly positively correlated with micro-space popularity.There is a weak negative correlation between the convenience of large commercial facilities(including hotels)and the proximity of large parks.Place quality level,sports leisure micro space layout in good traffic safety position,scale in line with the needs of sports venues;Cultural and entertainment micro-spaces are generally arranged on the streets of life,the top is covered,and the scale is estimated by the medium area.Recreational micro-spaces are generally arranged in places with good integration,and the scale is estimated by individual activity area.The micro-space scale of communication activities is estimated by individual activity area.In this study,by analyzing the influencing factors of the micro-space fitness of the old city in winter,the typical spatial patterns are summarized,and the targeted planning strategy is proposed,which makes up for the deficiency of the theory of fitness for the elderly,and provides a new thinking for the improvement of the quality of public space in the old city.
