The automation and the information sharing play an important role in the daily work, with the rapid development of the software engineering technology and the information communication technology, and the mature of the computer networ. The TDCS (Train Operation Dispatching Command System), as one of the railway dispatching automation system, has been used in the network. However, the informations of TDCS can be queried by the terminal in the network TDCS only, and the current system does not support the statistics, so it is not conducive to improve the degree of automation and share informations.In our work, the train’s information query and flow processing is studied. The train’s information query and flow processing system is realized through the website, by making the best use of the existing office network and computer. In this paper, the business of the website which is train information query, report statistics and flow processing, is introduced first with the purpose to improve the automation and realize the information sharing. The function demand which includes the function of user management, the train information query and the report statistics and procedures is analysised based on the business. The system and the database are designed on the basis of the demand analysis. The system design includes onstage and backstage. The onstage which includes the module of user interface, the train’s information query, report statistics, procedures and message realizes how to use website by user. The backstage which includes the module of user management, the information management, the process management and message management realizes the management functions by administrator. About the database design, we plan and design the tables in the database and the relation of tables. All modules are realized based on the system design. Each functional module in the website is showed by example, furthermore, the major codesare listed.The website which based on B/S architecture is developed by Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development environment, ASP.NET+C# language, SQLSERVER2008 database. The website could meet the needs of train’s information query and flow processing by testing.
