In recent years, with the increasingly serious pollution, fishery resources is facing th e situation of a sharp decline, and a large amount of marine fish populations in Putian Cit y reduce. People eager to rebuild a relationship with nature in a harmonious and friendly, and the development of leisure fishery protection to fishery resources, therefore, become the focus of everyone’s attention, came into being.In this design, the fishing village development of Putian city as an example, the eco city construction of Putian in the coordinated development of ecological economy, sustainable use of resources security system, natural and harmonious residential environment system and the virtuous circle of the ecological environment in rural areas, stable and reliable system of ecological security system and advanced science and technology support and management system of "six systems", the development of recreational fishery with the direction. But so far most of the research on recreational fishery from the economics perspective, for tourism development and landscape design research is less, resulting in the need for the development of theoretical research lags behind the practice development.
