Intense friction is produced between tire and runway during the plane taking off and landing, especially landing instant, so tire will take serious wear. Replace tire is asked when plane taking off and landing some times, the frequently changing is produced to some busy mission plane. Because of the tire has heavy weight, so we need special equipment to decompose and assemble the tires. While our mostly maintain bases of Airlines and maintenance companies replace tires use simple tools or imported equipment. The way of by hand has low efficiency and has certain impact to aviation safety and the imported equipment is very expensive. With the rapid development of China's aviation industry, the machine of tire decomposition will get more use, the design of a new machine of tire decomposition is essential needed. The structure design of the new tire decomposition and the effect of tire decomposition are analyzed in this paper.Firstly, the overall structure of the Bead Breaker is designed and some key components are analytical calculated and checked, and the structure is modeled by a three-dimensional software PRO/E, then the researches are made certainly to the control systems of Bead Breaker.For the most commonly used plane's radial tire H40 × 14.5-19 of Boeing B737 series aircraft in some large airline company, the tire structural parameters are determined and drawn by the PRO/E software through referring to the relevant literature and combining with the kind of the tire.The different structural layer of the tire are established in ANSYS such as tread, ply, the tire shoulder, lined, bead, etc though an interface program. the contact element of tire-rim, tire-disk are established in ANSYS. The progress of different shape disk pressure tire are simulate when considering the three non-linearity of tire and the influence of tire and rim's adhesion due to long-term use by the pilot node method, then the effect of tire decomposition is shown and the results show that the tire decomposition is best when ? equals 40 degree.
