Research On The Green Space Control Of Urban Fringe Of Small Towns Based On The Land Use Performance

The town development will depends on the utilization of land space, while the town expansion is occupying the green space continuously. With the rapid development of the social economy in China, the small town has entered into the "fast lane" of industrialization and urbanization, which leads to the excessive demand on the land resources. The green space of urban fringe of small towns has been widely occupied by a large number of industrial land and residential land due to its outstanding regional traffic, which stands out the protection of green space of urban fringe of small towns. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct the research on the land use performance evaluation of green space of urban fringe.This paper analyzed the characteristics of land use of green space of urban fringe of small towns, combined relevant provisions and then borrowed the standard of classification of green space in Tokyo and London to carry out the green space classification of overall planning of land use, urban master planning and urban green space planning, which can be divided into five classes and twenty-two sub-classes including economic productive green space, productive green space, scenic and recreational green space, water surface and waterfront green space and special green space.This paper clarified the procedures and method of land use performance evaluation of urban fringe of small towns, collected the data, selected the working procedure of land use performance evaluation as well as the evaluation index factors, determined the index factors weight and then finally built the performance evaluation index system of urban land use. This system took the land protection and utilization of green space of urban fringe as the objectives, selected 24 indexes from five aspects including land use structure, land use degree and land use efficiency and land use benefit and adopted the optimal combined weights method to combine the weight coefficients of objective weight method and subjective weight method so as to reflect the influence degree of various index layers on the target layer and calculated the combined weight of land use performance evaluation index.Besides, this paper studied the current situation, problems as well as the control measures of the land use of green space of urban fringe of Nanzhang County Town, Hubei Province, explored how to carry out the control optimization of green space of urban fringe of small towns according to the land use performance and provided practical and effective basis for the green space development and utilization of small towns.
