More than 30 years of reform and opening-up, our country’s construction projects tend to enter the new phrase that building new buildings and reinforcing the old ones go hand in hand.At present, there are a large number of domestic buildings are disqualified in the aspects of bearing capacity, reliability demand and usage requirements which are damaged to different extent by irresistible natural disasters and irresistible building material’s own degradation. At the same time, due to the rapid development of the times, people’s requirements to the original building’s use function become higher and higher.In order to meet the needs of the times progress, it is really necessary to rethinking the renovation of the buildings’functions.The study adopted scientific and effective strengthening methods or renovation scheme to deal with the original buildings to make it satisfy people’s requirement for new features or meet the requirements of normal use, and the study also did a effective evaluation to the renovation structure.According to the characteristics of the engineering reinforcement and combined with reinforcement specification, this thesis mainly focused on enlarged cross section method, external prestressed strengthening method, the calculation theory of the sticking carbon fiber reinforcement methods, design rules, advantages and disadvantages; Moreover, planting bar also introduced the technology of calculation theory and construction requirements in detail.The paper has a brief introduction of the pasting steel plate reinforced method, additional protection reinforcement method, the displacement and the external sticking steel reinforced concrete reinforcement method.What’s more,as to the external sticking steel reinforced concrete reinforcement method,its advantages and disadvantages,methods and conditions of application, forms can be strengthened are all introduced.Using form analysis of the above method would help us to form various strengthening methods and compare the comprehensive adaptability of component reinforcement purpose. This way would lay a good foundation for the office building’s subsequent structure renovation and reinforcement plan selection.According to the structure characteristics and structural features of the office renovation, the characteristics of single-layer reinforced concrete truss beam scheme was proposed. And the stress analysis of truss model, the final determination of truss components layout and section size were operated. In order to find out and reinforce the components or positions need to be reinforced and deal with the reinforcement design of the reinforced concrete member at the same time,the paper did a stress analysis to the determined lattice girder under actual load.
