Since China’s reform and opening up, along with the speeding up of urbanization in our country andthe continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the proportion of total energy consumption ofbuilding energy consumption is becoming more and more big,building energy consumption has graduallygrown to and industrial, transportation, energy consumption and energy consumption becomes ourcountry energy consumption of the big three "large energy consumption".How to effectively do a good jobof the building energy conservation has subjected to more and more widely attention of the professionals.Slurry sampling study by the ministry of construction, China’s building energy consumption accounts forabout33%of the national total energy consumption, and a rising trend, the main reason is that thebuilding volume is growing. Through the nearly30years of research and practice in the field of energy, isgenerally believed that the construction of energy-efficient buildings is one of the largest and most efficientpotential method, especially the large market construction. Shopping malls though accounts for only asmall part of public buildings, but it is high in energy consumption per unit area. Therefore, how toreduce the large stores of energy consumption, with the progress of China’s public building energyefficiency technology development has the vital significance.Based on the field investigation and the analysis of the field and Energy consumption of Energy, Plussoftware simulation the method of combining to xi ’an west salty new China origin new city furniture expocenter summer to study the status of building Energy efficiency and Energy consumption. Mainlyconcentrated in the following aspects:1. At present our country through the analysis of the research resources, energy shortage, buildingenergy consumption is too high, put forward this topic research direction, technical route and theframework.2. Analysis of xi’an region climate characteristics and the large-scale commercial building papersummarizes present situation and the characteristics of energy consumption and energy consumption,large shopping malls in xi ’an region energy saving potential is tremendous.3. The origin of the west of xian salty district new city furniture expo center as an example, in-depthresearch, testing, surveying and mapping and interview methods such as obtaining first-handinformation and do the following work:(1) the building indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity testin the summer, the building of physical parameters such as the test result analysis comparison, studies the characteristics of energy consumption form, it is concluded that the indoor thermal comfort, energyconstruction;(2) from the building site selection, layout, construction function to the monomer buildingfacade design, construction materials, construction technical measures for the in-depth analysis andresearch of building energy consumption.4. Through Energy Plus Energy consumption simulation software, according to the actual situation of theorigin of new city furniture expo center setting simulation parameters, combined with orthogonal testmethod, carries on the simulation of Energy consumption, from the architectural layout, materialsused,construction design,its energy-saving potential aspects of mining,in guarantee under the premiseof comfort, for its energy-saving retrofit scheme is put forward, and the proposed modified buildingEnergy consumption and Energy consumption analysis and summarized the status, put forward thefeasible Energy saving technology of commercial building, hope this research can be energy-savingdesign of large-scale commercial buildings in xi ’an area can draw lessons from the experience.
