Power,a kind of new energy,is excellent and inexpensive.Its wide application promotes the electric power industry,electric manufacturing industry,the rapid development of a series of new industries,hold up half the sky of human civilization and plays a role cannot be banned.With the rapid development of power electronic technology,the large number of power devices have been invented,especially with nonlinear devices load to use.It has a great impact on the public power grid mixed with a variety of harmonic interference,voltage fluctuation,flicker,power quality,which cannot be guaranteed.Thus,the power electrical equipment required high electrical quality cannot be used even damage.the running line in the factory cannot operate normally,even result in the inferior quality of the production and production disruptions.It may cause serious economic losses.So,solving provide high quality electric energy problem is imminent.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs and develops a low cost multi-function electric energy data monitoring system based on ARM microcontroller.The transmission mode can be divided into three modes,RS485 and WIFI close transmission distance,GPRS long distance transmission.WIFI transmission is to realize the data transmission on the lower computer through the Socket.GPRS is also through the Socket to realize remote communication using data acquisition module in TCP/IP protocol,which forms a diversified mode of data communication.The main body of this thesis includes three parts:the theoretical analysis of power quality monitoring,the design of hardware circuit and the programming of the hardware and the software design of the host computer.In the theory part,the parameters of power quality are calculated and deduced,and the FFT is used to detect the harmonics.The design of hardware circuit includes STM32F407 microcontroller,high-speed AD sampling module,AC transform module,power supply,RS485,GPRS and WIFI transmission circuit.It realizes the convenience of on-site and remote monitoring.Programming part realizes the data acquisition module and analysis of harmonic upload within 31 times or direct acquisition uploaded to the host computer in FFT.The software part of PC matching system terminal is designed and developed in VS2010 platform.It provides the data sending and receiving interface and implements the calculation and relatively display from the lower computer transmission data of the power factor,active power,reactive power and power analysis data.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and development work,which is conducive to the progress of the next step.
