In this paper, we have analyzed and researched the production process, the primary equipment, and the characteristics of grate waste incinerator in solid waste incineration power generation, developed a overall control scheme for solid waste incineration power generation device. We have completed a DCS system hardware design and software configuration programming, based on domestic large DCS (Distributed Control System) MACS-V control system, and provided a plant-wide integration solution for solid waste incineration power generation device control system from hardware to software.Since solid waste incineration power generation is a environmental engineering, which mainly burns solid waste and uses the waste heat from waste incineration power generation to generate power. So this report focuses on 2×300t/d grate waste power generation incinerator +1×9MW turbine generators solid waste incineration line devices, we has studied and designed its control system, aiming at the safety and reliability, cleanness and high efficency of the device. Specific results are as follows:According to MACS-V system, we have completed a DCS hardware design and software configuration programming, developed a DCS control system from hardware to software. We have Overcomed two big weaknesses, which are the current commonly used PLC control analog is not powerful enough and different PLC manufacturers are having difficulty communicating with Turbine DEH system. We have solved the control-intelligence integration issue of solid waste incineration power plant.We have designed the incinerator’s furnace temperature automatic combustion control systems, drum water level control system, superheated steam temperature control system, combustion air conditioning system, furnace pressure control system and the oxygen content in the flue gas control system, and developed the optimizing control scheme of grate waste generation incinerator based on MACS-V.We have Designed the electrical control system ECS. We have realized the generator’s automatic synchronization with the power grid through the coordination with the electrical dedicated devices (ASS/AVR, etc.). We have provided a man-machine interface for electrical control system (ECS) and the operating personnel, meetting the needs of operating personnel monitoring system and relevant equipment’s startup and operation.The popularization and application of the results, the disposal of detailed problems, the control scheme’s optimization and improvement of grate incinerator and the successful application of several solid waste incineration power plants, have proved that the solid waste incineration power generation device control system designed by this project can operate stably and reliably, and can meet the requirements of safe pruduction, efficient control, reducing toxic gases’s emission and reducing environmental pollution. Meanwhile, MACS-V system’s controll in 2×300t/d incineration line device has accumulated valuable experience for the application of domestic large-scale DCS in waste incineration power generation, has showed the strengths and capabilities of domestic large-scale DCS in waste incineration equipment control and has provided a reference for the self-controlled device’s selection and configuration in the domestic industry in the future.
