Integrated avionics system is the nerve center of the aircraft, the directive guidance is provided by rapid evaluating the comprehensive performance of macro system for the design of weapons and equipment development programs. In order to evaluate the performance of aircraft electronic system more reasonably, by analyzing the relationship between indexs, a weight optimization method based on ANP method establish a network of evaluation index system is proposed. An optimized index weight is obtained. The mainly study works include a few aspects as follows:(1) In view o f the interdependence between the various indexs establishing the evaluation system to assess, the aviation effectiveness electronic Networked evaluation index architecture of integrated avionics system is build. It bases belief map to fuse expert information and determine the associate degree of indexes by discussing the key technology which includes the relevance of evaluation index and the many experts information fusion.(2) Considering the knowledge level of the experts, the expert weights dynamic integration is proposed. The accuracy of assessment results is improved by fusion the expert judgment information.(3) On the basis of the network index system and AHP method, framework of integrated avionics system effectiveness evaluation model is proposed. ANP super-matrix and weighted super-matrix are constructed. Optimal index weight is obtained by the limit operations of weighted super-matrix.Individual ability of different mission scenarios is evaluated by the optimized effectiveness Evaluation Methods. The results show that the index weight of optimized performance assessment method is more realistic value. Furthermore, the reliability and credibility of the evaluation results of integrated avionics system performance have been further improved compared with the traditional AHP evaluation method.
