Strong smart grid puts forward higher requirements for electricity information acquisition system,the construction of communications network is also facing greater challenges. Power users are huge but distributed widely, compared with relatively stable remote communication channels, the construction of local communication channels is more complex and difficult. The traditional single communication mode of local communication channels has been unable to meet the demand of electricity information acquisition service,it should be combined with the advantages of multiple communication methods to integrate the the network. In order to improve the success rate of electricity information acquisition and the communication network performance, this paper mainly study problems of designing fusion communications network of electricity information acquisition system.This paper begins with analyzing the logical structure, physical structure and communication network of electricity information acquisition system,and then analyze features and networking modes of four support technology in local communication modes, comparing the technical and economical indexes. Secondly, this paper propose principles of designing communication network, designing the overall architecture of fusion communications network which based on double mode communication module,specifically design the hardware model of the double mode communication module include PLC and WSN,and three major technology fusion communications routing software including the virtual terminal technology, the communication nodes full information matrix table technology, time-sharing path technology, shorten the time of routing network and improve the efficiency of the network. Through the typical deployment scheme design illustrates the application of fusion communication network in the actual scene. Finally, aiming at fusion communications network nodes exist a variety of optional communication channels, this paper propose a switch algorithm of fusion network based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and calculate the comprehensive weight of different channels through algorithm instance depend on reliability, real-time performance, transmission distance and economy,then select the highest priority channel for data transmission and improve the success rate of communication.
