This project is from Jiangsu green building design competition assignment:Nanjing Hexi ecological pavilion of urban ecological park and ecological house architectural design in the future. Ecological environmental exhibition and future home construction group is located in the ecological park, it will coordinate architecture, display and field as a showcase of low carbon ecological wisdom ideas and technology.However, the form of single-family residential in the assignment has not much practical significance in today’s urban context. Because of the reason of the land system and land price, it is unlikely to be built single-family housing in cities.At the same time, with the improvement of urbanization in today’s China and the development of rural areas, quite a number of the construction task shift from cities to rural areas. By the end of 2010, rural per capita housing area has reached 31.6 m.In the meantime, the amount of housing construction in rural areas is also increasing, rural housing investment every year between 600 billion and 600 billion, the construction of the annual quantity is close to 700 million m,which is more than half of total accounts for the newly built housing throughout the country. Corresponding with the situation is that our current rural residential rarely through professional design and the overall level of the rural housing conditions is poorer. Rural residential comfort and energy consumption problem is very outstanding especially in Nanjing, a typical hot summer and cold winter area.In view of the above situation, I turned to design task to ecological residence in rural areas. That is, new green rural architecture design. Because the Nanjing area in hot summer and cold winter area, the design focuses on the passive technology on ecological design strategies and fully considering the natural ventilation cooling, to reduce the overall heat gain in summer and to increase heat in winter,reduce heat loss and thus reduce the building’s overall energy consumption. Due to temporarily out of site to study rural ecological residential design strategy, therefore, the first task is to analyze specific types of typical residential in rural areas, to find out the problems respectively or to vision space strategy which is help to achieve the aim of ecological. By Airpak and Ecotect method, simulation design of ventilation and thermal environment respectively to modify scheme compared, finally achieve good ventilation environment and thermal performance.The whole thesis contains about 9500 words,40 pictures and charts.
