Under the dual crisis of energy and environment,many countries have changed their past practice of only pursuing economic growth and ignoring energy and environmental issues,and regard energy conservation and ecological environment protection as an important content of sustainable development.For the construction industry,passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings are regarded as the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry,and certain achievements have been made through the formulation of standards and innovative technologies.In the process of jointly promoting the construction of low energy consumption and energy saving work to the next stage,many countries put forward similar but different definitions,mainly including ultra-low energy consumption building,near zero energy consumption building,(net)zero energy consumption building,and corresponding technology systems with exclusive technology brands,such as Germany’s "passive house" technology system.Due to the late development of passive house building in China,the operation effect and research results under the specific technical route are few.If we refer to the German passive house standard,it may not be able to adapt to the climate and other natural conditions in various regions.Therefore,this thesis took the passive ultra-low energy consumption teaching and laboratory building of Shandong Jianzhu University in cold area as the research object,and found that indoor natural lighting was insufficient in the actual use process.The light was dark in most of the day,and it was necessary to turn on the light to meet the illumination of the workbench surface.Questionnaire survey and measurement were carried out for this phenomenon.The results show that the lack of indoor natural lighting is closely related to the transparent envelope structure of the passive house,and the parameters related to the transparent envelope structure will also affect the heating,cooling and lighting energy consumption in the room.Therefore,this thesis optimized and simulated the transparent envelope of the passive ultra-low energy consumption teaching and laboratory building of Shandong Jianzhu University,analyzed the energy consumption levels of heating,cooling and lighting,as well as the indoor natural lighting situation and economic benefits,and obtained the transparent envelope design strategy of the passive ultra-low energy consumption building,to achieve the goal of minimizing annual energy consumption while meeting indoor lighting standards.Firstly,through literature review,the development history and research status of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings and transparent envelope at home and abroad are summarized.Relevant literature shows that transparent envelope is the weakest link in building envelope,and the improvement of its comprehensive performance is very important for building a good natural lighting environment and energy saving.Secondly,the passive ultra-low energy consumption teaching and laboratory building of Shandong Jianzhu University was used as the research object.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the main users,and the natural lighting and indoor temperature and humidity of each facing room in the experimental building were measured.The reasons for the above measured results are analyzed,and the technical standards of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in China and Germany are discussed and their heating,cooling and comprehensive energy consumption are constrained.On this basis,the typical combination of transparent envelope of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in cold areas is studied.Thirdly,with the help of Ecotect software,the indoor natural lighting simulation of passive rooms under the influence of transparent envelope is conducted,and the influence degree of various parameters related to transparent envelope on indoor natural lighting is comprehensively analyzed.Sensitivity analysis is used to compare the weight of each parameter on indoor natural lighting environment.The optimal strategy of transparent envelope structure is obtained to improve the quality of natural lighting.The simplified basic model of the passive ultra-low energy consumption teaching and laboratory building of Shandong Jianzhu University was established.With the help of Design Bulider software,the simulation of passive house heating,cooling,lighting and comprehensive energy consumption under the influence of transparent envelope was carried out,and the influence degree of various parameters related to transparent envelope on building energy consumption was comprehensively analyzed.And the sensitivity analysis of its parameters is carried out to obtain the optimal strategy of transparent envelope which is beneficial to reduce building energy consumption.Finally,based on the simulation analysis of transparent envelope on natural lighting and building energy consumption of passive house,the relationship between its parameters and building energy consumption is studied,and the key parameters of transparent envelope are selected.The key parameters were designed by orthogonal experiment to obtain the passive house,heating,cooling,lighting and comprehensive energy consumption under the coupling effect of multiple factors.Then the SPSS software was used for multiple linear regression analysis of the simulation data,and the mathematical calculation model of the comprehensive energy consumption of the passive ultra-low energy consumption teaching and laboratory building of Shandong Jianzhu University was obtained.According to the calculation model,the transparent envelope structure is optimized and transformed,and the natural lighting verification is carried out under the requirements of various energy consumption limits of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings.and environmental benefits,and provide a certain reference and reference for the selection of the transparent envelope structure of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings in cold regions in the future.
