North guangdong, as in the South Gate of Guangdong Province, due to its geographical location over the Pearl River Delta in remote areas, the economic foundation is weak, the construction and maintenance of rural roads also and the Pearl River Delta region has a large gap, faced considerable challenges. Since the implementation of "every village" project, rural highway in mountainous area road network has been basically formed, but because the rural highway in mountainous area of geographical location topography fluctuation is larger, complex geological conditions, section and other factors on the level of technology and requirement of rural highway pavement and subgrade is low, technical indicators and technical specification of the existing highway there is a large gap, resulting in the pavement disease rate is high, seriously restricting the transportation ability. In this paper, according to the actual situation of the local rural highway construction of the mountain area of North Guangdong, closely combined with the special conditions for rural highway traffic flow and vehicle load standard is low and the road grade is low, difficult construction characteristics, in-depth study of the key technology of economy of rural road maintenance and engineering aspects. The specific research contents and results are as follows:1. Of rural highway in mountainous area of northern Guangdong province carried out a large number of field research, understand and master the pavement of rural highway in mountainous area of northern Guangdong, the pavement structure, maintenance technology, maintenance system, traffic conditions, analyses the formation reasons of pavement, the structure is suitable for cement concrete pavement of rural highway in mountainous area of northern Guangdong Province, are analyzed. Maintenance system problems, and corresponding suggestions are put forward.2. Techniques of cement concrete pavement of rural highway in mountainous area of the daily maintenance and repair is studied. For a variety of diseases existing, put forward the corresponding maintenance and repair techniques, including the use of materials, maintenance and repair of the construction process, pay attention to maintenance and repair techniques, including:joint, crack, dislocation, subsidence pits repair treatment, treatment, arch, drainage facilities maintenance, repair security engineering and maintenance, themaintenance treatment of broken board.3.According to the old cement concrete pavement overlay is studied. Mainly includes the research that waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar layer interface adhesive material, the adhesive shear strength test and conventional test interface of modified mortar; research on shear bond strength of new old concrete interface; the broken cobble instead of gravel in the cement concrete pavement paving feasibility study on application layer; a specific description of the overlay process design parameters and construction technology.4.For the daily maintenance and maintenance, the cost analysis, mainly on the maintenance technology has carried on the quantification and the price of materials, and analysis of the efficiency in the use of maintenance; the application layer overlay water epoxy resin modified cement mortar as interfacial agent, has carried on the analysis of the overlay the cost, and compared with the existing pavement overhaul cost; management of rural highway maintenance funds were studied in mountain area of North guangdong.
