Epoxy resin modified concrete pavement material is a new kind of pavement material, which is formed by filling the epoxy resins modified cement mortar, network structure is formed in the concrete under the effect of curing agent. Which makes concrete become denser, so all aspects of its performance is improved.Waterborne epoxy resin for the semi-rigid surface modified composites was studied. It is a high grade structural material by filling the epoxy resins modified cement mortar into the big-interspaced asphalt mixture. Epoxy resin has a technology of strong adhesive, small shrinkage, good corrosion resistance, easy processing and simple operation process, the modified mortar has the same excellent performance after using it. Porosity with a large mixture of asphalt composite, the composite material both asphalt and cement concrete road surface characteristics, gentleIn this paper, domestic and foreign research results were referenced, Orthogonal experimental method was used to determine the best ratio of modified mortar. Volume method was used to design matrix of high porosity. The ratio of the parent mixture was studied to determine the aggregate gradation and asphalt content range.Hydration exothermic experimental was studied with cementations mortar in the initial hydration process and scanning electron microscopy is used to analysis the microstructure of mortar. The mechanism of epoxy resin modified mortar were analyzed, anti-freezing properties of the composites were analyzed also. After preparation of composite material, mechanical performance were tested according to different age properties. Pavement performance of 28d age composite material was studied systematically with general performance of asphalt mixture. Experimental results showed that the mechanical strength of composite materials, high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance, water stability and other road performance are better than ordinary asphalt.
