| Boiler occupies an important position in the production activities. While there is a lot of welded structure in boiler products, the welding quality is directly related to the boiler run safely. Preheating structural components to be welded junction process requirements before boiler welding is an important aspect of the quality of products. Therefore, how economically, efficiently and accurately measuring preheating temperature during boiler welding and ensuring with the scope of technology requirement is a basic guarantee of product quality.In this thesis, combining with the practical application of the background of the temperature measurement system, it presents in a non-contact infrared temperature measurement methods to measure boiler parts to be welded preheating temperature, which reduced the loss of temperature measurement devices and the cost of malpractice temperature, and improved the ease of measurement; At the same time, it analyzed the application feasibility of ZigBee under workshop complex communication condition, determined the ZigBee protocol stack based XBee-Pro module as a communication network system solutions and completed system network architecture designOn the basic functions of the proposed system, the thesis designed the system hardware, and the overall structure of software. In the part of hardware design, it completed control circuit based on AVR ATmega128 chip, including ATmegal28 and sensor AD sampling circuit, ATmegal28 and data communication circuits of wireless module, power supply circuit, memory circuit, the ambient temperature measurement circuit of DS18B20, the temperature data display and sound and light alarm circuit; In the part of software design, it researched the characteristics of each module in the ATmega128 processor and each function register usage settings, completed the writing of the various functions of the system procedures, including preheating temperature acquisition board and PC communication program, AD sampling procedures, data display program and data storage procedures. It also researched on the development of virtual instrument technology, designed and developed PC monitor serial communication based on LabVIEW, enabling system real-time monitoring the overall welding shop in the preheat operating point. |
