| With the steady development of the economic and improvement of the level of people life, people are increasingly demanding on the living environment. Non renewable nature of traditional building materials and pollution to the environment already did not conform to the trend of architecture development and sustainable development has become a major theme in today’s international community. Coupled with our lack of forest and the government strictly limiting the application of wood, has been unable to meet the needs of building. Therefore, development of new environmental protection of bamboo building materials, to gradually reduce or even replace the traditional steel and concrete and the use of wood, which has become a new challenge in the construction industry. Our country has abundant bamboo resources and a long using foundation. Along with the development of the bamboo composite technique, the bamboo has been widely used in building decoration, building template. However, making the bamboo replace the reinforced concrete, brick building blocks and Leting bamboo use in building load-bearing and envelope structure has not been widely. So this paper mainly researches the application of bamboo-based composites in building envelope structure, to make the majority of builders and buyers understand its advantages, and then extend it.First this paper introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign about bamboo and bamboo building materials, then introduces the common theoretical basis of cost benefit analysis includes the life cycle cost theory and the theory of value engineering. Then the author introduces the advantages and disadvantages of bamboo and characteristics of bamboo-based composites, and selectes bamboo plywood as the representative, and makes it contrasts with concrete wall panel, shale porous brick wall in physical and mechanical properties, so as to highlight the performance advantages of bamboo plywood. Third aspects, making the prefabricated bamboo plywood exterior wall as an example, the author makes it compare with PC wall board, the traditional block wall in the direct engineering fees to find the differences of the three wall plate,and then find out the problem, so that make the production enterprises clear the direction of improvement. Then draw three kinds production mode of external wall panel difference from the life cycle perspective and value engineering method, which makes the majority of property buyers to have a further understanding of prefabricated bamboo plywood exterior wall, thus widening the market demand of bamboo-based composites. Through the above analysis and combined with a large number of literature, the author further finds out the influencing factors of applications of bamboo-based composites, and sorts these factors by fuzzy AHP method to find out the main influencing factors. Last, analysising of the advantages the development of bamboo resources in Chongqing area, and according to the restricted factors of bamboo-based composites in the building, the author proposes the corresponding promotion proposal to provides the reference for the development of Chongqing modern bamboo structure building. |
