Quality Control And Evaluation Research Of Basement Exterior Wall Waterproof Engineering Of House Building Project | | Posted on:2023-01-31 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:B P Chen | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2542306929972999 | Subject:Engineering Quality Control (Professional Degree) | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the improvement of our economic level,the process of urbanization,the increase of building projects,exposed problems are increasingly diversified.At present,almost all housing projects have basements,and the leakage of the basement wall is easy to be ignored,and the impact is also large,which directly affects the living experience and the quality of the building structure.Based on this,this paper discusses the quality control of basement exterior wall waterproofing project in detail.In the process of detailed elaboration,this paper builds a theoretical system based on4M1 E theory,that is,from the perspective of personnel dimension,material dimension,process dimension and environmental dimension,analyzes the existing problems in the quality of the basement exterior wall waterproof project.The specific problems include the low level of design personnel,the low level of material quality control,the construction technology does not meet the corresponding standards,the lack of a full range of dynamic management,which affects the promotion of the quality of waterproof engineering.Following the above ideas,this paper identifies the performance of housing construction projects as an influencing factor for the quality control of exterior wall waterproof engineering.The index system involves 4 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.At the same time,based on the guidance of AHP theory,this paper determined the weight of indicators.Among the first-level indicators,the weight of material facility dimension is 0.4550 and that of construction technology dimension is 0.2628.Among the secondary indexes,the weight of the designer’s survey expertise is 0.0761,the supplier’s selectivity is 0.0675,the supply audit level is 0.0675,the material inspection procedure is 0.1228,the material inspection standard is0.1228,the technical guidance level is 0.0927,and the right to implement the construction plan The weight is 0.0637,and the weight of the quality responsibility implementation level is0.0733.The weight of the above two indexes is large,indicating that the influence of the above two indexes on the quality of the basement exterior wall waterproof engineering is also greater.In order to explore the effectiveness of the rectification system in improving the quality of the basement exterior wall waterproof engineering of housing construction projects,this paper takes the A housing construction project as the entry point of case analysis to carry out a case analysis.The results show that based on the guidance of the above ideas,the quality of the basement exterior wall waterproof engineering can be improved,which is manifested as the reduction of safety accidents,the improvement of waterproof performance and the increase of owners’ satisfaction. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | basement, Exterior wall waterproofing works, 4M1E theory, Analytic hierarchy process | PDF Full Text Request |
