Cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture was impregnated with old road materials, and joined with the existence of its own characteristics, so it's performance, especially its water stability, become the concern of the engineering field. From current research at home and abroad, this paper introduced cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture's main advantages and disadvantages, and expounds the cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture strength formation mechanism. By listing the main performance of asphalt mixture water's damage, analyzed the main forms of asphalt and spalling adhesiveness principle, and evaluated the adhesion between the emulsified asphalt mixture and mine. Based on orthogonal design method, through the modified Marshall test, and use splitting strength, Marshall stability, flow value, compressive strength and pore ratio for the evaluation index, determined cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture ratio, namely, the dosage of cement, emulsified asphalt mixture, and water.Based on the orthogonal design method, this program emulsified asphalt cold mixture for water recycling stability. Then, this ratio based on the orthogonal design method, studied cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture water stability. Through the comparison of the asphalt mixture water stability evaluation test, selection of freeze-thaw splitting test of TSR and 48h immersion Marshall test of Marshall Remnant Stability to represent the cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture water stability. To retain immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test results, according to analysis of emulsified asphalt, cement, RAP, water and porosity of cold recycling emulsified asphalt mixture water stability.
